VanDijk offers young people an unforgettable summer of 2019.

Kalender6/13/2019
To have a great summer with your friends and also to make some nice money. You can if you come and work at VanDijk this summer holiday. The largest educational service provider of textbooks and digital licenses in the Netherlands and Belgium is looking for 2,000 logistic talents this summer who will prepare all orders. In addition to working together, we also chill out with delicious snacks and ice cream. Every year in September, the schools start again, but before they even start, secondary school pupils need to receive their books. From the Dieselstraat location in Kampen, VanDijk sends millions of textbooks to secondary school students every year. "There are several actions that have to be done. From unpacking boxes, checking rental books to packing orders for the coming school year. To achieve all this in six weeks, we need thousands of extra hands," explains Wil Westerburger, deputy director of VanDijk.

"In order to get this summery mega job done, we need to ensure that young people not only work hard, but also have fun at work. And how can that be done better, if you can do it together with your friends? From various places in the region you can take the special bus to Kampen. No long waiting times at the station, but chilling in the bus and relaxing outside during breaks where you can get snacks and drinks. Young people can also choose to work in the morning or evening shift. If your friends only work in the morning, we will also schedule you in the morning. The largest holiday employer in the Netherlands also gives young people a bonus if they start working in the busiest weeks. "If you work at least 3 weeks in a row in the period from week 28 to 34, you will receive even more salary and then go on holiday."
